The NJBA Annual Winter Meeting and Honey Show Winning Entries Auction promises to be an informative event. Catch up on where the proposed beekeeping rules stand. Listen to presentations from the Bee Informed Partnership, Dean Polk from the Rutgers NJ Agricultural Experiment Station in Cream Ridge will present on the research he's doing on resolving problems for honey bees in blueberry and cranberry pollination, the effects of mosquito spraying on honey bees in NJ, the Brothers in Bees veteran beekeepers organization, and find out how our own New Jersey Honey Queen Nicole Medina fared in the national competition at the ABF Conference in Myrtle Beach. You won't want to miss Tim Schuler's final report to our Association as New Jersey's apiarist. He retires on April 1st!

The meeting starts with a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m., includes lunch and ends with the 50/50 drawing at 3:30.  The meeting is open to the public and does not require joining a branch of the NJBA.
